My name is Elias, or Eli for short. My pronouns are He/They and I am a mixed indigenous multi-disciplinary artist from Lipan Apache and Kapampangan roots. I am a neo-traditional tattooer with a focus on a bit more illustrative take on traditional tattooing techniques.
